SB268 (2011 Legislative Session) was recently enacted and signed by the governor. SB268 requires the board to issue certificates of eligibility to architects to receive a design professional preference for public works projects. SB268 requires the board to adopt regulations specifying how certificates of eligibility may be obtained.
